Frequently Asked Questions
A Studio Code is a unique 8-character code that identifies your studio. You'll need it when signing up as a Coach or Parent. Your studio administrator or master will share it with you. Note that the code can be regenerated at any time, so if yours isn't working, reach out to your admin for the latest one.
No worries! Simply reach out to your studio administrator and they'll be happy to set a new password for you right away.
If you're a Coach, your Master may not have assigned you to a tournament yet. If you're a Parent, make sure you've registered your child and selected a tournament through the registration flow.
After signing up, go through the registration steps: first add your child's information (name, age, belt, division), then pick an upcoming tournament and select their competition type (Poomsae, Sparring, or both).
Only tournaments that haven't started yet are available for registration. If you don't see any, check back soon — your studio admin will add upcoming events.
- Waiting To Be Called — your child is checked in and waiting in the holding area
- On Deck To Fight — your child is next, head to the ring area
- At The Ring — your child is at the ring now
- Done — your child has finished competing
Make sure you selected the correct role during signup (Parent, Coach, or Athlete). If you selected the wrong role, contact your studio administrator to have it corrected.
Yes! During the tournament registration step, you can select both competition types for your child and they'll appear as separate entries on the dashboard.
Ring assignments are updated in real time on your Parent Dashboard. If it shows "Waiting on Ring #", the ring hasn't been assigned yet — check back shortly before the scheduled report time.
Contact your studio administrator — they have access to update your child's name, age, belt, and division directly from the admin panel.
